Company formation

We can assist in the formation of a company and provide advice on the most appropriate type of company which should be formed

Once the client has selected the appropriate type of corporate structure we can through chosen lawyers or through our own resources proceed with the formation of the company. We support the client in ensuring this runs smoothly and that this complies with the initial business plan. 

Portugal has in recent years greatly simplified the process by which a company can be formed especially when the shareholder is a person rather than a corporate entity. In cases where an individual wishes to set up a company this can be done in a few hours in a special office set up by the government. We are able to assist in this process.
