Joint-venture appraisals

We can represent a non resident joint venture partner to ensure that their interests are safeguarded (assist with Joint-venture appraials)

In cases where a client decides to go into a joint venture we can assist the client by verifying that all of the terms of the joint venture agreement have been complied with and represent the client's interests. We can also prepare specific financial information which may be necessary for the joint venture party so that they can verify that their interests are being safeguarded.
