We can perform due dilligence reviews for clients who are looking to make an acquistion liasing with legal and other specialists.

If you are thinking of making an acquistion or an additional investment in Portugal we can perform due dilligence reviews tailored to your requirements. Before we perform such a review we will liaise very carefully with you so that any concerns that you might have are reflected in our work and the subsequent report.
