We can perform due dilligence reviews for clients which are looking to make an acquistion liasing with legal and other consultants.

If our clien is thinking of making an acquistion or an additional investment in Portugal we can perform due dilligence review which is custom made for the client's requirements. Before we perform such a review we will liaise very carefully with the client and tailor our work so that the client's concerns are reflected in the work we perform and the subsequent report.

We have access to legal, tax and other consultants who can be used to perform the due dilligence reviews depending on the specifics of the clients requirements.
