We also prepare all the year end reports in respect of payroll which are required by Portuguese legislation. Our payroll software also allows us to generate custom made reports that may be required for a client's management reporting process. The software also has the capacity to intergrate the time records of the client to produce the payroll.

We can also provide an information service so that client's are updated on a regular basis about changes to labour or tax legislation which may be relevant to their situation.

For expatriate employees we can prepare their personal tax returns taking advantage of our extensive knowledge of international and local taxation.

We can also in conjunction with our in-house lawyer prepare labour contracts in a accordance with the current labour laws to ensure that the contract is suitable for the type of business for which it is required.

We have a particular expertise in dealing with non resident corporations which are looking to contract employees in Portugal without having the costs of setting up a company in Portugal. This is done by establishing a representative office which is able to employ the individuals but does not require the company to file tax returns and accounts in Portugal.
